Project management of mixed-use permits, and promotion of a master plan with the district committee. Work on a large number of feasibility checks for construction/evacuation complexes, site plans including preliminary initial planning, design, and participation in tenant meetings. Work with project managers, real estate groups, and various authorities.
2019 - 2020
Urban21 architecture firm
Work on multiple ongoing projects that are in various planning stages. Planning and designing large-scale shopping centers.

CityBee Architecture Studio
Work process management of a variety of residential projects, mixed uses and more. Initial planning, approval with the developer, obtaining a building permit, execution.
